Swimming Lessons

The Pinawa Pool hosts Swimming Lessons in the summer through the Swim for Life Program. 

Lessons occur Monday-Friday mornings over a two week period ("session").  Participants can select a preferred session, but specific lesson times will be determined based on the amount of registrations for each level. 

2024 Sessions

  • Session 1: July 1 - July 12   (Almost full. Limited spots available)
  • Session 2:  July 15 -July 26   (Several spots available in each level)
  • Session 3:  July 29 - August 9   (Several spots available in each level) 
  • Session 4:  August 12 - August 23  (Several spots available in each level) 
  • Bronze Cross / Bronze Medallion  (To be scheduled.  Please contact asssistantra@pinawa.com for more information)

LESSON REGISTRATION

Note: Forms and payment will not be accepted until registration start date.  Registrations will not be confirmed until the office receives both payment and completed form. 

Lesson prices are stated on the registration form. 

How to Register: 

  1. Review and fill out the registration form for each participant (link above).  The form can be completed on the PDF and emailed to admin@pinawa.com or dropped off in-person at the LGD Office (36 Burrows Rd). 
  2. Submit Payment (This must be done to confirm the registration).  
    • Payment options:  e-transfer to accountant@pinawa.com or in-person with cash, cheque or debit. The after-hours mail slot is also available. 
  3. Staff will review all registrations and prepare a swimming lesson schedule based on sessions and levels selected. We do our very best to create a schedule that will accommodate all participants.  (Please see above Sessions for availability status.) 
  4. Exact lessons times are finalized 1 week prior to lesson start date.  You are responsible to contact the LGD office at 204-753-5100 for your lesson schedule.


LESSON LEVELS
